Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Since every Dolca piece is made in our own ceramic workshop, please allow extra time during high-demand periods.

 

Domestic shipping (Egypt)

Cairo & Giza: 90.00 EGP flat rate, 3-5 business days.

Rest of Egypt: 120.00 EGP flat rate, 5-7 business days.

 

International shipping

We currently ship to a range of countries outside Egypt. International delivery rate: 990.00 EGP flat rate, 14 business days.

 

EU customers: cooling-off period

If you are ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our standard return policy. Please see our Return and refund policy for details.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders within Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready for our courier upon delivery.

 

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) once your order has shipped.

 

Damaged or lost items

Our products are handcrafted ceramic and carefully packaged, but if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at peats2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can make it right.
